OTM Gags

OTM (over the mouth) gags cover the lips from the outside, usually with tape, a cloth or a bandana tied over a stuffed mouth. Many scenes layer an OTM over a cleave gag or tape gag for extra hold.

Selfgags, Gag Attack Bondage, Borderland Bound, AlterEgoRey and Cinched and Secured all use them, with handkerchief and thick white cloth OTMs among the variations.
