Cinched and Secured puts Jeanette Cerceau and step-mom Genevieve under a male real-estate agent’s hand after they won’t sell. He ropes both into hemp chest harnesses and thigh wraps on the bed, packs Genevieve’s mouth with cloth, then builds the fat white “inner-tube” OTM wraps (cleave into full wrap) until both faces are sealed. A knock pulls him away — and the payoff drops them chair-tied across a black kitchen table with a tablet countdown between them, still fighting the same bulky white gags and arm cinches.
