Recently, Watertown has been terrorized by a series of kidnappings. Girls were taken off the streets, tied up, forced to wear skirts if they were not already, and videotaped.
In the mold of Nancy Drew girl detective stories, this bondage comic takes us on an adventure where high school girls Deanna and Tracey get bound and gagged by a masked man in a full leather suit whom they think is the school principal!
