Cruel psychiatrist Alba Zevon torments new patient Grace in the psych ward, until Grace escapes her ropes and turns the tables. Alba wakes up completely naked, boxtied, toe-tied and ballgagged. Grace steals her uniform, hogties the arrogant doctor with vicious chest-to-toe ropes, removes the ballgag only to stuff a huge sponge in her mouth, wrap it with duct tape, pull a black silk hood over her head and add layers of gauze. A male doctor later dumps a brutally tape-bound and wrap-gagged Grace next to her and leaves both “patients” to struggle. Grace mocks the helpless doctor, inchworms away, hops to freedom and abandons hooded, sobbing Alba forever.
