An 18-year-old girl named Barby Luna is playing with her Barbie dolls when a witch appears. The witch wants to play a game with Barby where she’ll be tying up her Barbie dolls and snap her fingers to make Barby tied up in the same way as her dolls. A kind of voodoo, if you will.
Even though the witch uses magic to bind the girl, she loves gagging girls so much, so she doesn’t use magic on Barby for that part. She stuffs panties in Barby’s mouth and wraps a tight silver duct tape gag around her head. Being tightly tape gagged, Barby is hogtied and left to struggle.
